Beyond product features: how to get noticed by early adopters
Being totally engaged in creating a better UX for the upcoming digital product, we so often forget another vital for the project success moment - how to make people experience our product for the very first time. During my session I will explain: - the difference between innovators and early adopters as two first classes of customers; - how to catch people's attention when your product is not the only one in the category or when your competitors offer the same product features; - how to align your product emotionally with your customers' mood by filling gaps in their own personalities.
Iryna is a visual designer with a strong focus on digital branding. She began with designing brand identities for financial and industrial companies, then switched to international retail brands and finally found herself creating multi-platform software - during the last two years she worked as a Senior Visual Designer in Warsaw-based software agency Upnext, taking care of visual identities for (mostly) fintech and proximity-based products.
